Update to Jim 2.1.1
I'm happy to publish Jim 2.1.1, which has an improved configuration dialog for the database connection. Additionally some internal changes belonging to the database configuration were made.
To download the new version visit the download page. If you already used Jim 2.1.0 refer the update page.
Patch for version 2.1.0
I'm pretty sorry, but the release version 2.1.0 had a few really hard
bugs when I made it available on Decembre 19th (see last post).
I fixed them but I did not change the version because that way version
2.1.0 would have been useless because on many computers it was not able
to launch.
However, the real and final version 2.1.0 is online since Decembre
22th, so everone who downloaded it after this date is lucky.
The ones who downloaded Jim before should
download it again and just replace the
folders. Another run of the update script is not necessary!
I promise everyone a better tested release version next time.
Update to Jim 2.1.0
Since now (19.12.2008 0:10) Jim 2.1.0 is available. The update includes:
- Several Bugfixes
- Enhanced stability
- A new plugin, see JimPath2TagMapper
- Several internal interface changes and a new configuration framework based on Java properties
